Design & Development At Outermotive we are pleased to offer a Design & Development service, based around an up to date automotive industry standard 3D CAD (Computer Aided Design) system.
We
cover design from concept to production, aimed at Automotive
& Motorsport applications (and this same procedure can be applied to any classic vehicle). As part of our component development, we
can perform 3D stress analysis simulations to verify our design before
sometimes costly production. Our design experience is mainly based within Motorsport, with several years spent as part of design teams for high profile racing series. Our aim is also to bring this level of quality and expertise into the general marketplace by providing a number of unique 'off the shelf' products to cover a wide range of applications, for example within the VW market.
We can also accurately replicate and re-produce 'hard to find' existing parts where needs be, with a 2D drawing as an end result, to keep your classic car ticking!
