Your price usually includes:-
Insurance
Self drive insurance for one named driver (driver must be between 25 and 70 years of age). If you wish to add additional driver(s), you may do so for an additional fee (£10 pp per day or £50 pp per week). If you have 6 points or more on your driving licence please contact us as there may be an additional fee.
Breakdown cover
For peace of mind we include comprehensive breakdown cover provided by the RAC.
Mileage
There is no mileage restriction up to 1000 miles. If you go beyond this there is a one off standard charge of £75 which is the cost of the extra service that is required.

Collection/Return
Weekend Hire:-
Collection:- Mon-Fri 11am to 4pm
Return:- Mon-Fri 9am to 12 noon
Week Hire:-
Collection:- Mon-Fri 11am to 4pm
Sat & Bank Holidays 11am and 12 noon
Return:- Mon-Fri 9am to 12 noon
Sat & Bank Holidays 9am to 10am
If a camper is showing as returning on the calendar on the day you wish to collect, then you may pick up between 2 and 4pm ... and where another booked hire starts on a day you wish to return, the return time is between 8 and 9am). If you're not sure, please feel free to ask!
Other Collection/Return times may be available, please ring to arrange. Sundays and outside workshop hours will be subject to a small fee of £35 and is subject to availability.
Daily hire:- 9am to 5.30pm. Return the following day 8.30am to 9am the following day may be possible. Please note daily hire only available in low season for advance bookings. Late notice daily hire may be available at other times.

You will need to bring:- Please do not forget!
For Each Driver:-
- Driving Licence
- If your driving licence does not have a photo, please bring your Passport or another form of photo ID.
- Proof of address...eg. a recent utility bill.
One Per Hire:-
We will also need a refundable deposit of £500 either in cheque form or you can leave us your debit card details (this is to cover the insurance excess in the event of an accident) which will be returned to you when the bus is returned to us!
Privacy Statement
For the hire to commence, we require a few personal details from you, mainly for insurance purposes. We promise to treat all your personal details with the utmost privacy.
Payment
In order to confirm your booking, we require a deposit of £100 for weekend hire, and £150 for week hire. This deposit becomes non-refundable within a month of the hire period.
Full payment should be made at any point up to 14 days before the hire period commences (this saves valuable time at the start of you hire period and gets you on your way quicker!).
If you are making a late booking within 2 weeks of your departure date, we require payment in full at the time of booking. For your convenience we now accept most cards (there is no charge for transactions made using a debit card but please be aware that payments made using a credit card will incur a 3% fee), paypal, and cheques (in advance to be cleared).
